"This mixed media painting is one of a pair I did in succession, almost collectively from a vision I could see in my minds eye. I was intrigued by the colours, peachy and pastel blues, not colours that I were my usual palette. The colours that came through give an ethereal feeling of otherworldliness, especially as the originals of this set are quite large. I like how the perspective draws you in, in an almost meditative way, encouraging a kind of soft focusing of your eyes."
